Internal notes

You can add private information (notes, categories, etc.) to Nolt posts using our private fields feature. This keeps the private information in context with your user requests for internal consumption (by board Moderators, Admins, and Owners) without revealing it to board Members or the public. Adding an internal custom field

1. Open any existing post or the Make a suggestion button and click + Add field:

2. Choose a field type. For internal notes, choose Text, and then enter a field name in the preselected input field:

3. Toggle-on Internal - now any Moderator, Admin or Owner can view and add notes in this field.
