What is bug tracking software?

How do you prioritize bug fixes?
Effective bug prioritization weighs two things: how badly a bug breaks the experience (severity) and how many — and which — users it affects. In Nolt, severity labels flag the critical, release-blocking issues, bug voting surfaces how many users are hitting each one, and user segmentation shows when a bug is affecting your highest-value customers first.
How do you keep users updated on bug reports?
