How does the free trial work?
New boards start with a 10-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. You can start your subscription at any time during the trial, and if you're not ready to upgrade, you can return at any time!
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Customers on the Enterprise plan can pay by invoice via wire transfer or ACH.
Can I switch to a different plan?
Of course. If you want to switch your plan between Essential and Pro, you can do so in your board settings. Charges are pro-rated, based on your billing cycle.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, with no penalties. However, we do not offer refunds for a billing period you've already paid for.
Can I switch from another tool?
Yes, we have custom importers built for most tools. Please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help with this.
Can I get a discount?
